Quietude Sock Digital Pattern

This is a digital pattern for a pair of socks inspired by cozy Christmas evenings. (Yes, that is a cat playing under the Christmas tree). The pattern PDF will be sent to you after purchasing.

The socks are knit top-down, with a heel flap and gusset and a triangular heel. There is a stranded colorwork section on the leg.

Sizes
The pattern is written for adults in two sizes:
M (20cm/7⅞’’ leg circumference), L (22cm/8⅔’’ leg circumference). They have a bit more ease than is common in socks, perfect for relaxing at home.
The sample is a size M. There are two different color charts, one for each size.

Yarn
You’ll need worsted weight yarn in two contrasting colors:

• MC 75(100)g/210(280)yds of worsted weight yarn (the sample is knit in off-white, Retrosaria Brusca, colorway B).
• CC 50(75)g/140(210)yds of worsted weight yarn (the sample is knit in red, Retrosaria Brusca, colorway 8B).

Gauge
St st in the round with 3.5mm/US 4 needle

• 11sts and 16 rows = 5cm/2’’ (after blocking)
